Microsoft 365 - Email Deliverability (Investigating)

  • We have identified an issue that is causing email delivery problems from our shared hosting (Web/Email Hosting) services to Microsoft 365.

     

    Microsoft 365 is incorrectly filtering any emails sent from our shared hosting servers as spam, and is causing emails to be delivered to the junk folder.

     

    We are currently investigating this issue with Microsoft and will provide an update as soon as possible.
